Recently i purchased a custom built laptop and decied to take the plunge and have Vista installed on it. Ive had my laptop for 2 weeks now since i moved to uni and i cant stand vista, really hate the thing. Im having massive compatability issues with it, especially on my Wacom tablet. So i have no use for Vista what so ever.
I recently bought XP Pro x64 and decided to install it today, backed up my files etc etc, restarted and slotted the disk in. hit any key to boot from disk blah blah.. however XP doesnt seen my hard drive or CD rom! i have no floppy disk! At first i thought i was just my hard disk but after hitting f6 it doesnt work and tell me to quit installation.
what do i do?
