Installing XP Problem's.

Just installing XP on my new rig, the HD has stuff on it. So im just re-installing XP, cos of the changes.

When i put the disk in its come up with a Blue Screen, Saying ''Windows Setup" and it's installed a few bits and bobs.

It's now on "Setup is starting Windows", its been like this for ages, is this normal?

No. Have you ran a memtest to make sure your RAM isnt faulty on ure new pc?

www.memtest86.com download, burn, insert, boot, run

I've been into my BIOS and it says My Ram is "ok" and im sure if it wasn't it would tell me...

So i have no idea on what is happening!!

HELP!!
