Had the roof changed on my conservatory but thinking the concrete floor is something that could also be worth insulating? I’ve read a few different opinions but anything from 25mm to 100mm kingspan board or similar with a screed on top then a heat mat.

Undecided on the floor but was thinking laminate? Not too keen on carpet in there although appreciate that would possibly be the warmest option.

I wouldn't bother insulating the floor of a conservatory you will be losing a lot more heat out of the windows than you will through the floor. You have done the best you can by doing the roof.

I think it would be worth it especially with a concrete floor. Heat moves to cold in every direction so you're losing heat through the floor.

It's not the windows themselves that leak heat, it's the air gaps in the frames. Older homes will be worse than newer generally speaking. You can seal the air gaps multiple ways. Ask at your local hardware store what would work best in your area.

If you do both you should get a noticeable difference.
