Insurance for a new rider

Been looking at loads of sites and every time I see a good quote I then find that, that company is then using someone else. Very confusing

And when I find a quote I like the reviews for them are terrible, not sure if the usual issue of the only reviews are from people who have issues.

Anyone make any recommendations on a good company for a brand new rider

£705 a year with Bennets

Average i'm getting is 350 - 400, don't mind paying more for quality but £705 is a bit steep

31, 9+ years NCB on my car (not sure if that makes a difference)

Well £350 seems to be the norm, might pay the extra to protect my gear as well, seems a good idea.

I'm currently with Bikesure.

When I had my CBF125 a few days after taking my CBT, insurance was under £150fc for me (29 at the time). That was with eBike I think.

Bikesure is one of the lower quotes, but they get bad reviews, but it might be the usual stuff of users only ever complain

Yer Red Star was another name that came up, think I might just go for the best deal and not worry about the reviews.

Its the fact its going to be my main commuter that is bringing it right up.
