Insurance for backpacker?

Hi,

I';m after some decent travel insurance that will cover me for changed/cancelled flights, loss of baggage, as well as extreme sports (white water rafting sky diving etc)

I've had a look at the STA premier policy. Seems pretty good, although at £155 for 4 months its a tad expensive. Anyone have experience with STA or know of any other companies that offer very good cover for evverything BUT extreme sports, or INCLUDE them as well.
