Insurance help

Few things really -

If i buy a car and register it under my name which insurance companies will insure it with my mum as the main driver and me as an additional?
If my mum already has insurance with Tesco with full NCB's, when applying for my car does she put down 0 NCB's or full etc...? (I don't want to go losing her NCB's)
What insurance companies will give the main policy holder and the additional driver NCB's?

So best idea would be to insure it myself and pay the extra £1000 then?

Near £2k.

Think £1800 was my best but cant remember now, done too many quotes

By this rate i'm going to have to go for a Corsa SXI with a years free insurance.
