OK guys I was just looking for a bit of advice on what i can do in my situation which is...
when I got my insurance renewal quote back in july it said i now had 0 years NCB when I thought I should have had 2. It turns out that it was because I had a collision on march 1st, however this was not my fault. The police sent them a police report stating I was entirely not to blame and that was the end of the matter, they used 2 witnesses to help them make that conclusion. NIG the broker for Lexham insurance told me after the police report that would be the end of the matter, however now they are saying that they want to contact the witnesses themselves in writting to get statements off of them and that they mite want to leave the claim open for a while after that even though the police have 100% cleared me of blaim. This has been going on for 6/7 months now with many phonecalls getting me no where. I need these no claims back asap as im going to insure a gsxr600 k4, which is only £600 with my no claims, but £1300 without them. Also when i call them about 6 times they said we promise to call you back and they never have, I'm very angry with NIG and wish to never deal with them again.
Anway, any advice on how i can get this resolved would be appreciated
