Insurance query

I am looking to insure my new car (BMW 520i) and need a bit of help..

I made a "claim" in december 06, which resulted in a garden wall being damaged. I dont know the value of the claim and my insurance company havent settled it yet. Any idea what value to enter?

Also many companies only allow you to enter damage to cars when specifying claim details. not walls! any difference?

Insurance companies have phone lines and staff for this very reason. Phone them and ask.
