insurance question

hi,

passed my test yesterday, woooo

now trying to get insurance... its quite a lot of money, so i thought i would go for pass plus. rang the insurance norwich union up and get quote, then mentioned pass plus. they said it would save me 50% which i was very pleased about

however i want to start driving now, so i said if i buy insurance now and then get pass plus will you refund me the difference, they said yes.

it all seemed good, but my dad seems to think that they wont refund it all, just wondered if any of you knew about it

theres no way pass pluss will save you 50% it will save you about 500 pounds max from about 1500 to 1000 for me,

yeah this is what i did, from 1700 to 1200, and they refunded me after i did the course, which was about 2 weeks after i took out the polic, obviously the longer u leave it the less the refund.,
