Not sure on ones that specifically give no claims to the named driver but many insurers do offer named driver no claims discount up to 3 years I think. I was a named driver before my current policy and Admiral knocked off over £100 due to not claiming as a named driver on previous policy. I know quinns do it too. From what I gather its if you are new to the company (havnt had a previous policy with them) and can be up to 3 years (I had 4 years but 3 is the max that can be used - with admiral anyway). It doesnt show up on the compare sites so you will have to enquire over the phone after you have your quote. Sorry I cant provide anything a bit more specific to what you asked.
