Insurance replacement any good? Panasonic TX-58DX902B

Been out the TV game for a while since I bought my last one (Samsung UE46ES8000) back in 2012. My toddler has put an end to this one and my insurance company want to replacement it with a Panasonic TX-58DX902B.

I paid £1520 for my old TV back in the day, I could get this in a cash settlement or the above TV, what should I do?

Thanks for the replies guys, I've said yes and it's coming Wednesday, now, should I buy a 4k bluray player

TV is being mounted on the wall, thinking that my current bracket doesn't go up 2 58" though, is there anyway of finding out how big it'll take?

...and are bluray 4k players really that expensive You say upscaled, so do they just play 1080p bluray in 4k then?

Great thanks for the confirmation, how does the UHD/4K blurays compare with a 20gb downloaded 4k movie, quality wise?

Yeah really enjoying it so far, leaps and bounds better than my old Samsung.
