Insurgency

Although I have about 120 hours logged, I probably am a relative newcomer compared to others. Can't really speak about mods, I play this vanilla.

Give it a new try if you haven't played for a while, I believe there have been quite a few changes over time... seems to be updated fairly regularly.

Also only really play PvP, but co-op is a nice distraction from time to time. Fun with the excess of supply points!
