The 3x 140mm intake fans on the front of my Phanteks Evolv X have stopped spinning. As far as I can tell, they are plugged into a controller module. I'm not at all sure if the module is faulty, or if there is some other problem.

What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

If the module is faulty, will I be able to purchase a replacement?

If the controller is faulty, contact Phanteks for a replacement.

They will probably send one out to free of charge. You may have to provide proof of purchase though.

I emailed Phanteks and told them about my problem. I also sent proof of purchase.

I'm planning on upgrading my 3 front intake fans with something a bit quieter under load. The fan of choice will need to have good SP, as a 280mm radiator is fitted to the front of the case. They will probably be connected to a single header, using a 3-way splitter.

Can you recommend a product?

Phanteks agreed to send me a replacement fan hub.

I purchased 3 Apache Super Silent 140mm fan to replace my front intake fans.

Thanks for your help.
