Integrate Opera with Windows

Is there anyway to integrate Opera (or maybe even Firefox) with Windows. So that I can link RSS feeds with Live Mail/Outlook 2007 with Opera. And the same for bookmarks and the favourites folder in Vista?

How do you mean "integrate"? Do you just want to share RSS feeds etc? Could just subscribe to them in each app.
