Hi,

Presently have an i5 CPU with integrated HD4400 GPU running a Dell 2209WA (1680x1050) and an old 15" 1024x768 monitor. The old 15" is dying and I'm wondering what max resolution I can run on a second scren? Can i get up as far as a 2560x1440 or am I limited to 1680/1920 resolution aliongside my 22" Dell?

Also, recommendations for a sub £200 23-24" monitor? Little or no 3D gaming, mostly desktop apps and photo processing. Suspect it makes no difference, but Display Fusion is used to handle the monitor setup/resolution profiles.

Advice and thoughts appreciated.

My integrated 4400 which i haven't used as a result of 780ti but it only ever seems to work for 1 1080p screen and not the other however as you said a low resolution maybe requires and i think you are gona have to go real low to get two screens working and over clock the apu part of the intel chip to get you somewhere.

Sub £200 monitor to be fair theire are a few for a nice 1080 screen and the size is perfect for that ress however i would consider the Asus VS228NE 22" Widescreen LED Gaming for £90 but damn you cant run that with 4400 graphics honustly get secound hand amd gpu cheap and get a cheap screen first as i bet the fps i damn awfull so you got £110 left for gpu good luck
