Just ordered these with the 5% off

Which CPU Cooler should I get for the above system ?
And which ram should I get so it fits with the CPU cooler ?
Will be overclocking the system to 4.5Ghz

will a Noctua NH-D14 fit with I5 2500K socket 1155 & have room for the ram ?

The Fractal Design R3 will fit coolers ~165mm in height.

The NH-D14 is 160mm tall so it'll be OK.

You want low profile RAM like this:
