intel 320 or other SSD

I'm looking to pick up a new ssd since my loans just in. Looking to get the intel 320 80gb model.

How does this compare to other SSD's? I've only got SATA2 so the vertex3 is abit overkill tbh.

Which models would you recomend? and will 80gb be enough?

I have just picked up a Intel 320 300GB for my laptop, as I don't have a SATA3 much like yourself. I didn't see the point in going for a highend SSD like the Intel 510 or OCZ V3.

yea its very tempting just to pick up the intel 320 but the crucial m4 64gb is a little bit less storage for apparently a better drive.
