Intel 5820k showing 3 cores only?

Turned on my pc today to find that my 5820k is only showing as 3 cores and 6 threads. I reset the bios and that hasn't made a difference.
I'll try a reseat later today to see if that helps, never seen this happen before on any system.

Anyone experienced this?

Check if bios has all the cores enabled.

Fixed it now, show 6 cores 12 threads lets hope it stays this way lol

What did you do to fix it? it might help others in the future if they search for the same problem.

I went into msconfig under boot tab clicked advanced and unchecked number of processor cores and rebooted.
