Intel 775 socket CPU than can run passively?

I'm building a media server at the moment and have acquired an Abit AB9 Pro mobo (9 SATA ports!), however I'd like to know if there are any CPU's that can run passively with a huge heatsink?

All the box will be doing is serving files and maybe used for downloading torrents.

Can the E1200 run passively with a huge heatsink? What sort of heatsink would you recommend?

Good chance the bottom C2D will do it passively.

If it doesn't at stock, drop the V by a few stops and all should be good

The current E8xxx chips or Conroe-L Celerons would be your best bet I would think.

if you get a scythe ninja, that is designed to run passive or with a fan, max clock ive seen with a passive scythe is 3.6GHz on an E6600
