intel 845 chipset driver?

I'm trying to find the intel 845 chipset driver for Windows XP Home, been looking at intels site and found this but am unsure what one I need?
The desktop has a dedicated graphics card but there is inbuilt graphics too but thats never used.

So any help would be appreciated.

I think This is what you need...(this is not drivers for a graphics device).
