Hi, I've read in many places that spread spectrum should always be disabled for performance/stability/overclocking.
Now my spread spectrum command is under my 'burn in' menu, within chipset configuration. I can either set it to 'Center' or 'Down', does 'Down' mean disabled? I really have no idea. But at the moment I've got 4% overclock enabled, but with the 4% O/C enabled, spread spectrum changing becomes inactive so I cannot change the setting.
This is really doing my head in, someone please help me
