The new addition would be the GPU, do you think the PSU can handle that?

Which exact model A580 is it? Asrock recommend 650W for the A580 listed on their website: https://asrock.com/Graphics-Card/Intel/Intel Arc A580 Challenger 8GB OC/#Specification, I think based on the TDP / usage figures I've seen the recommended 650W is probably overkill, but 450W bronze PSU might be cutting it a bit close.

According to Tec power up, an a580 has a tdp of 175w, and a 450 watt PSU is recommended.
