Intel burn in test passed but prime fails!! please help!!

Hi, I have an msi p45 zilent with q6600, 4gb ocz 1066mhz reaper ram, corsair 620 modular psu, the cpu is at 3.4ghz 425x8 1.35v, vt 1.4, have tried different voltages etc but different cores still fails prime after 1-2 hours but runs intel burn in test 20 times no problem???

It seems to play crysis n warhead, cod4 all other games perfect... should i be worried...
Also passes prime too if i lower to 3.2ghz 400x8 and lower voltages to
1.3v on vt and cpu

okay il go back to 3.2ghz as its prime stable and work forward from there with orthos, thx

ps i used IBT as i was advised in a previous thread it was the ultimate stability test??? thanks for replies guys
