intel burn test cpu fail?

hi all my CPU had been overclocked on my new P5Q mobo for a few weeks now i have played games without any problems ie: bsod freezes etc, however tonight i decided to run intel burn test and my system freezes and restarts within a matter of 40 seconds.
is this something to worry about or not as like i said my system is rock solid before running this test

Bios settings

Multi:9
FSB:377
3.4ghz
All CPU settings disabled ie: speedstep etc
CPU V:1.304
spread spectrum: disabled
Dram 2.0V
NB 1.3V

so do some overclock systems fail this test even though there system is running fine doing everything else before running this cpu test?

I had an 8 hour prime stable system that failed intel burn in 30 seconds.

That makes me feel better as my system was fine running prime too

Thanks i will try that cpu program later as i cant be bothered to edit bios settings again if my system fails again

my E8500 ran burn test and prime fine @ 4Ghz.
