Thinking about trying to save on a few volts, and want to enable Speedstep & C-State tech on my 980x, but im a little confused on the config options.
With Speedstep, can someone tell me what all the ratio limits are? The current CPU ratio is 25 (4ghz), does 26 & 27 work with this
And should I touch TDC/TDP at all? Basically I have no idea how to configure TRL/TDC/TDP 
Speedstep Options:
C-States have these BIOS options, I think these will be fine on defaults when enabled?
