TBH you'd be a lot better off with one of these and a Radeon 5450 than getting an AMD Zacate, the CPU is pretty damn poor in those... I'd bet this Celeron has about 3 times the processing power.
 
I was thinking of putting one of these in a Gigabyte GA-H67N-USB3-B3 itx board as a download box.

Not sure what the total power draw would be including the board and HDD but i'm sure at 10 or 20w more than a dualcore Atom it will kick it's behind.
