What are the differences between these two NUCs?

Intel NUC Celeron 847 QS77 DDR3 USB 2.0 2 x HDMI
Intel BOXDCCP847DYE
Celeron 847
US 2.0

and

Intel NUC Forest Canyon Celeron N2820 DDR3 HDMI

Is the CPU the same? Which is more powerful?

I've been reading that there is problem with the N2820 chip and that Intel has replaced it with the N2830. I can't see any sellers with the newer chip though?

I'm think of selling my HTPC (AMD x4 640 ATX PC) which is bulky and getting a NUC. Just wondering if it'll live up to the task which is mostly playing movies, downloading, surfing.

I could rehouse the AMD system in a nice silverstone case so that it fits on a shelf, but that's going to cost me nearly as much as a NUC.
