Areet Guys,

Could someone point me to an Intel Dual Core chip that:

- That can handle everything you throw at it (except gaming), 24" Screen at 1900x1200, DvD's, little audio encoding, general surfing, downloading, multi-tasking, multi-media stuff etc.

- Produces little heat (so rpm of fan can be kept low)

- Can OC to circa 3Ghz with little additional power
