" il have no other ddr2 RAM to change the memory dividers settings to make this boot up "

im thinking of building a new system (cpu -mobo-)..... but i dont wanna buy new RAM as i have this stuff already,

Abit AB9 or Asus P5B

can i do any overclocking with the thing if it work aswell :)

il be buying some faster RAM later on.....just need this stuff running things for a while

thanks austin

i dont think there is such at thing as 3200 DDR2, are you gettin the memory from ebay or some private advertisment? as that sounds to me like the advert is mixed up.

anyhow would it be wise for the OP to get that or ??
i aint really read into conroes much so i aint gotta clue as to how the bus systems work.

See my edit.

It would probably work on a divider but hinder the CPU's performance.
