can any one tell me what my temps should be idle with this chip please

What temps are you getting idle and load?

recently changed my case and have a proper air flow now.

arctic Alpine 11 GT cpu cooler

cpuid hw shows

min
core 0 = 34
core 1 = 33
max
core 0 = 41
core 1 = 40

@ stock its 2.66 but ive overclocked too 3.02 at the min it was @ 3.5 before we had that hot weather but i was hitting 50s-60s so had to drop it a little

now it gone cold again im not sure what they should be

50s-60s on an E6600 is perfectly fine, Tjmax is 85C if i remember right, would tolerate up to about 75C to be honest.

yes thats correct tjmax is 85c .

if everythink seems ok i will leave it for now. was just worried i was cooking it lol
