The site is actually a Chinese site I think so it might take a little while to load, but this site does English reviews as well so the whole review is in english. Overall it's a nice review, but it's based on an engineering sample of course as it isn't finalised yet but it gives you a good idea of what they are going to be pretty much like. If you cannot be bothered to read it all the conclusion is:

Comparing to E6850, 45nm Wolfdale E8400 only gains 2%~3% performance boost, even E8400 have a improved architecture and a bigger L2 cache. A 2%~3% performance boost in common usage is almost nothing.

But supporting SSE4 is a big feature of this CPU. With the latest TMPEGenc test E8400 gains about 9% boost. It is sure that more and more software supports SSE4 and 45nm wolfdale will become more powerful. And also, the power consumption is impressed. In load mode it draws 10.7% less power than E6850.

In Intel’s roadmap, they are going to launch about twenty different 45nm CPU in Q1 08. So Intel in 2008 will become more and more aggressive. AMD can you handle that?
