hi there mate thank yu for the quick reply the bios i have on this mobo is the one that came with it(dont no how to update it) dont no that much about pcs to be honest.is it worth me gettin one of these cpu as i already have a intel core 2 duo e 6600 @ the mo...would the bios i have on this board not run the new cpu???...
 
how much has your frames per sec are you gettin with this cpu im a gamer u see and dont want to waste any spon dolics on this cpu .....if it is not any faster than *** i already have ......
 
all i can say is WOW thanks for the replys ppl really apperciate it i think ill hold til some games start using quad cores .
