Intel core-duo matx boards

I want to build a pc using an antec matx case, one of those core duo smithfield chips that are around £60 and I would like to keep an ati agp card if possible. I doubt very much im going to find a compatible board with agp tho, im really behind the times regarding new stuff.

Any recommend a good matx board for around £60? I wont bother with overclocking tho, everything will be at stock

:)

EDIT: forgot to say it has to support ddr1

No experience of it, but overclocking will be very limited.

I have an Asrock motherboard, had it about 3 to 4 months running an intel 2.53 northy and so far ive been very happy with it :) nice cheap upgrade for my server.

I wont bother with overclocking so this asrock matx should fit the bill nicely :D
