Intel Core Duo Shall i Sell or keep?

Hi, I have a bit of a dilemma, I have aquired an intel core duo 2ghz T2500 cpu and am stuck on weither i should sell it or use it, I was thinking that maybe i should use it in my file server/media pc which currently has a socket 478 3.4ghz HT Cpu in it.

Would it be more worth my while selling the chip and using the money elsewhere or do you think i should use it?

Obviously i would buy a new motherboard, Can't really build a smaller form factor media pc though as it is also used for a file server and has nearly 10 hard drives in it all Raided, im even thinking about getting a stacker for it, I do like the idea of overclocking it though, Im also not sure how much i will get for it.

What would everybody else do?
