Intel Core i3-2120

I have the model down from this one (i3 2100) and so far it's been pretty much the same performance wise in BF3 and Fifa 12 as my old unlocked Phenom II X4 at 3.5Ghz, and noticeably faster in World of Warcraft, so it's fairly decent for gaming on a budget. Also on socket 1155 you have some nice upgrade options for the future also if it's ever required.

An i3 2120 should run well with a GTX560, and shouldn't hold it back to much even in games that make use of more than 2 cores/threads.
