Which of these two processors would be better for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and general PC usage(no gaming). I know that the Haswell would offer more CPU performance but would it's onboard GPU be sufficient for Photoshop or Illustrator?

If l go AMD is there a reason to upgrade to a A10-7800? Will the extra shaders 512 vs 384 in A8-7600 offer any extra performance in Photoshop or would be wasted money.

The current PC specs are AMD Althon x2 4200+ and 4x512MB(2GB RAM).

Edit: I have decided to go for an Intel powered machine.
I am thinking of getting the following parts:

Case: Aerocool Vs-92 Black Edition Midi-Tower - Black http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-127-AE&groupid=2362&catid=2226

Motherboard: Asrock H97 Pro4 Intel H97 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-131-AK

RAM: Crucial 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHZ BALLISTIX TACTICAL DUAL CHANNEL KIT

HDD: Crucial MX100 128GB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-035-CR

CPU: Can decide between the i3 4330 and i5 4460. Does the performance difference justify the extra £50?

If getting a Intel CPU I would get this:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=cp-534-in&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567

at some point i would add a graphics card,as adobe is starting to use opencl for more and more of its software.

edit!!

some other benchmarks:

In some the A8 7600 holds its own and in others the Core i3 wins.

However, with PS in my experience having decent speed drives and enough RAM is just as important.
