If lots of video encoding, then get the I7 for the Hyperthreading to add 10-20% speed up - but sales links are not allowed even if you/they are not in the uk.

As above, depends on how much encoding you intend on doing, but either way I would recommend the K equivalents (4770k and 4670k) as they give you the ability to overclock.
