Tbh it did put me off receiving damaged boxes even though they sorted the problems. I haven't actually ordered from Ocuk since they changed the website to the new crappy one, I won't be ordering from there in the future I don't think.

I don't know if I was incredibly clumsy tipping both of them out of their boxes, but my Enthoo Luxe had a small ~1cm crack on what would be the case top, while my partner's Enthoo Pro had a curved ~15cm scratch on it. Both case boxes were opened and tipped out onto a carpet, ~3 weeks apart before Xmas 2015.
I was a bit miffed, because I've always been careful with new stuff, but I didn't make a complaint because I could not absolutely guarantee it was not me.
It could even have been those stupid box staples that are exposed on the inside of the boxes!
