Intel Core2DUO E6300 Motherboard and Memory

Im looking to upgrade my PC and have decided on a E6300 after reading many comments on here but am struggling to decide on a motherboard and memory for it. Im looking to spend between £50 - £60 on a motherboard and with the memory I need to spend as little as possible on 1GB as im on a very tight budget. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I know you said your on a tight budget but if your overclocking and using cheap ram a E6400 is better because of its high multiplyer it wont be restricted by the ram as soon, thats only if your overclocking tho, if not ignore me.
