What about a good CPU, mobo that can take DDR3 plus a cheap PCIe card for now?

The GPU could be dropped to a 4850 but the 5770 is DX11 ready so you probably not need to update for a while.

If so, cheapest graphics card i could get away with that would give me same features as the best onboard ones? Don't want to spend too much on a card at the mo.
