Can anyone give a link which confirms the multipliers appropriate to the Intel C2D and Quad CPU’s?

I’ve seen advice given here and elsewhere which is totally contradictory.

For example the E6750 highest multiplier varies from 8 to 9 dependent upon who is giving the answer.
 
Thanks - my Google searches obviously were not too well worded and I should have known it would be here somewhere.
