Intel CPU UCode Loading Error

I am getting a message similar to this when XP rebooted my machine for the first time on a new build/fresh install

It gave the option for F1 to continue and is currently installing XP on the VGA "Setup will complete in xx minutes"

What does it mean, anything to worry about?

Mobo Asus P5B Deluxe, Intel Core Duo E6400 - if that helps!

15 minute CPU temp test was around 39C is this good? It sounds cool to me!

Sounds like you have an old BIOS version that doesn't recognise the CPU. Updating the bios should sort you out, nothing to worry about

Yeah, should have googled it first. I have downloaded the new BIOS and will update it tomorrow....too knackered tonight! heh.
