What cpu's to go for???


Intel quad 2 q6600 2.4ghz 8mb cache

Intel quad 2 q6600 slacr malay (2.4ghz 8mb cache) (I think??)


Intel core 2 duo E8400 3.0ghz 6mb cache

Intel core 2 duo e8400 slb9j malay??

core 2 duo e8600 3.33ghz 6mb cache

I have a budget of £35-£45 (Used on the bay)

If you can get either of these for that price you'd be bagging a bargain -

I recently sold a Q6600 Go Stepping Slacr on they bay and i got around £60 + postage for it.
 
Looking at completed listings on there the only chance you may have is for a E8400 and even then you will have to be lucky. All the others you have no chance.

My post was directed at artisan. That's obvious as I quoted him.

You've been a forum member in excess of the required 90 days so 250 posts needed without spamming.
