intel driver? wtf

I think you'll have to be a little more specific here. If you've upgraded from a chip or older card then probably best to use Driver Cleaner then add new ones for the new device.

Well the drivers are neccasary for any devices performance, so your Intel Chip Drivers are probably part of the Mobo set.

Have you put drivers on for the new card yet?
 
well actually my friend is doing this like but.....he downloaded the driver because there was something wrong with the disk, didnt match the graphics card or something
 
So let me check this:

You got a new card as an upgrade from you Intel GFX Chip.
Your mate looked for drivers and downloaded the wrong ones for the card.

Now I'm assuming that your PC will boot to the OS, in which case Driver Cleaner ca remove the drivers, adn you can put a correct set on.

What is the new card? We may be able to help find the right drivers.
