am about to install my new cpu, but im a bit stumped..

its got a sticker in the middle of the cpu over some surface mount components..

i think it says do not remove??

anyone know about this? do i leave it on or take it off??
 
There is a back/charcoal plastic cap which needs to be removed. IIRC the sticker says something along the lines of dont remove unless you are ready to install the chip etc etc.
