Intel g3258 turns on but when it resets blank screen

Hi any help please

computer turns on fine.
When installing windows when it restarts just blank screen.

When i power off then on works but again when reset just blank screen

any help please

its useing on board vga

biostar h81mg board
8 gb corsair 1600 ram
seagate hard drive sata
500w psu

up dated bios still the same if you reset will not come on if you keep power button pressed it go off then will come on again normal but no go with reset thinking faulty board?
