Intel gaming build check

Gonna build my son a new pc for xmas kinda no fixed budget cheap as poss tho with decent parts.Only need whats below parts that are missing i have already.
Will be going under water.He only uses a single screen and its about 23",no sli/xfire now or in the future needed.

Here's what i came up with,1 SSD is for me why theres 2 and same with the fluid.

Case is a NZXT Phantom 410 and 1 SSD is for me why theres 2

Just CPU will be under water which i have already.
