intel hd 2000 vs nvidia gt 610 ?

The G540 doesn't have Intel HD2000 just Intel HD (its the generation before) the Nvidia G210 is better so the GT610 will be much better. However both should be sufficient for just general use and video.

DOH! , I blame Google results for the HD2000 :D

I know the GT 610 is a crud card but the PC will never play games so 1080p playback was the main thing.

Cheers i'll get the GT 610.
 
610 is more than powerful enough.

i put the G540 into my HTPC the other day.

im only using a ATI 5450 for HDMI 1080P and its more than good enough.

only cost me £14.99 from overclockers.
