Hello,
I have HP ENVY m6-1178sa and I decided to throw a SSD in there... Upon opening the hard drive bay I found that it has a Sata 2 1tb hard drive...
I did some googling and found out that HM77 is capable of Sata III, however it is up to assembler to decide which port to use (2 or 3)
How the hell can I tell which port did plonkers at Hewlett use? All it says is JHDD1.
Any idea guys?
