Intel i211 only negotiates at 100/100

I'm struggling with this! Just put in a CAT5e socket where the PC is. This goes to my Unifi Dream Machine Pro.

Cable has all been tested with a tester and is fine. PC is running Windows 10.

Motherboard is Asus Crosshair Impact VIII

Have plugged son's Xbox Series X into the same socket and that negotiates at 1Gbps.

Any ideas? I have tried resetting the network settings. I have plugged the PC straight into a mini switch to check and that only negotiates at 100Mbps too, so issue is definitely with the PC. Have updated LAN drivers from Asus website. Also tried the ones from Intel. Have also updated the BIOS to the latest and that made no difference either.

Bent pin in motherboard network socket?

I just came back to say I had figured out the issue.. Pulling the network cable back slightly fixes it. Very odd!

Replace the wall ports. Sounds like poor ones.

These are about £1 each, never had one fail, fitted thousands.
